Customer Engagement Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls for customer/members services and/or appointment setting.
  • Non insurance or property calls
  • Meet and exceed daily KPI and generate reports
  • Report to Team Leader/Supervisor

Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in English Communications
  • Experience in customer service preferably telemarketing, helpdesk or call centre related (Both B2C and B2B) will be advantageous
  • Basic IT knowledge/computer skill required
  • Highly Motivated and Independent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work independent and as part of a team
  • Training will be provided
  • Able to start immediately or very short notice
