Customer Engagement Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls for customer/members services and/or appointment setting.
- Non insurance or property calls
- Meet and exceed daily KPI and generate reports
- Report to Team Leader/Supervisor
Competencies Required
- Proficiency in English Communications
- Experience in customer service preferably telemarketing, helpdesk or call centre related (Both B2C and B2B) will be advantageous
- Basic IT knowledge/computer skill required
- Highly Motivated and Independent
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to work independent and as part of a team
- Training will be provided
- Able to start immediately or very short notice
