Free Health Screening by Ace Insurance
HR is organising a Free Health Check for all eFusion staff. Staffs who are interested to attend the health screening are required to attend a health talk on Wednesday, 26/11/08 in the conference room.
Due to the space constraint, we will have another session on the 03/12/08.
Free lunch will be provided by ACE Insurance in either Buffet Style/
Packed version during the talk.

Employee Referral Program
eFusion recognizes the need to hire talented, knowledgeable, and experienced individuals to join our team of outdoor sales and fulfilment. To promote organizational recruitment and retention, we want to encourage current employees to refer external candidates for positions within the telesales team.
Process
• Employee refers external candidate to career opportunities within eFusion.
• Candidate applies for positions and indicates referring eFusion employee.
• If hired, manager indicates referring eFusion employee via Interview Form.
Eligibility/Criteria
• All Employees of eFusion
• Referral must be hired as a part-time eFusion employee.
• Referral must complete 1 month of employment in good standing.
• Referring eFusion employee must be employed at the time the referral has completed three months of employment.
Note: eFusion staff involved in the recruiting/hiring process is not eligible to participate in this program. Referral must be an external candidate.
Awards Mechanisms
• Referring eFusion employee will receive a bounty $50 cash award processed through the payroll system, minus applicable deductions and subject to applicable policies.
