I wish to thank your telesales personnel, Ms Margaret Pereira of eFusion Solutions for her excellent service in assisting me with my application for a HSBC credit card. She exhibited very high professionalism right from the beginning when she contacted me with the offer and was consistent throughout.

I had problem with one of the documents submitted and Ms Pereira has taken time to walk me through CPF portal step-by-step for a statement printout from my Singpass at 10pm last night. I could feel her that her eagerness was genuine.

I have applied a couple of other credit cards, but have not experienced such unexpected good service from a bank.

Once again, thank you Ms Pereira for going the extra mile. Hope to receive an approval from HSBC.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My friend and I were shopping at Suntec City last Saturday and we came across your booth promoting Standard Chartered's Credit Card. Although we were not really keen in this (as we have already got a few cards), we were impressed by one of your staff, Ms Sitoh who attended to us. She was very enthusiastic and polite in asking us for permission to listen to her "promotion" of the card.

Smiles were throughout her conversation and we could felt her warmth and sincerity in doing a good job and so we decided to sign up for the cards. She also apologized to us for "making us to walk" to the post box to mail our statements and wished us to have a nice day! Later, after much conversation, we realized she was a new temp staff there.

Please convey our compliments to her and I think she has rendered a good customer service. We were impressed by her service and hope she will keep up with the good work!
