Telemarkting for magazines subscriptions
Objective: Increase subscriptions via telemarketing for one of singapore’s largest media houses.
Deployment: We provide a full sales service to SPH by increasing their subscriptions for their magazines via telemarketing, giving advices to her customers so they subscribe to magazines that suit their lifestyle. To complete the sales process, we provide customer fulfilment service to SPH being the gift redemption centre for her customers. Upon activation of their subscription, we will inform the customers of the expected delivery date via SMS, and a SMS gift redemption certificate will be sent to customers.
