Due to our rapid expansion and success, we are seeking to bring on board a Finance manager who will head operations for our group.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives, promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
He/She will also provide technical expertise in the delivery of sound business/financial advice to senior management and at board level with regards to tactical and strategic decisions facing the Group.

Requirements:
• Recognized Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Qualified accountant (essential - CPA) with 6-8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory function.
• Prior experience with one of the International Big 4 CPA Firms would be favorable.
• Experience in M&A & Auditing and coproate governance.
• Experience in the Web or Financial industry.
• Solid technical expertise and knowledge of reporting regulations under IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to effectively engage, manage and influence senior management and peers across the business.
• Hands-on individual who has a keen eye for technical details yet not lose sight of the overall big picture.
• In depth knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, general ledger and treasury functions.
• Independent professional with strong interpersonal and communications skills coupled with high level of ethics and integrity.
• Strong leadership qualities with supervisory experience and ability to lead a finance team.
