We are looking for LEADERS who have the desires to move up the co-operate ladder to become a sales manager, leading a team of executives for our clients in our new business unit. Intensive training will be provided to you to understand financial data, cost management and sales management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Perform Face to Face Sales Acquisition for clients.
• Training and developing of sales personal (After promotion to a TL).
• Managing of Sales team for clients (After promotion to a AM or MGR).
• Managing the profit and loss of your department as a BU Owner.

Requirements:
• Applicants must be able to work as a team.
• Applicants must enjoy working in a fun environment.
•Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status. Immediate start preferred.
