Customer Engagement Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls for customer/members services and/or appointment setting.
Non insurance or property calls
Meet and exceed daily KPI and generate reports
Report to Team Leader/Supervisor

Competencies Required
Proficiency in English Communications
Experience in customer service preferably telemarketing, helpdesk or call centre related (Both B2C and B2B) will be advantageous
Basic IT knowledge/computer skill required
Highly Motivated and Independent
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to work independent and as part of a team
Training will be provided
Able to start immediately or very short notice
