Due to our rapid expansion and success, we are seeking to bring on board a Brand manager who will head buying decisions for our group.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives, promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
Salary: Negotiable
He/She will also provide technical expertise in the delivery of sound business advice to senior management and at board level with regards to tactical and strategic decisions facing the Group.
Requirements:
• At least 6-8 years of buyer experience in a well known international label.
• Degree or diploma in a fashion related discipline.
• Experience in the Web and Online Marketing industries.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to effectively engage, manage and influence senior management and peers across the business.
• Hands-on individual who has a keen eye for technical details yet not lose sight of the overall big picture.
• In depth knowledge of fashion trends, product margin and the inner workings of the fashion industry.
• Independent professional with strong interpersonal and communications skills coupled with high level of ethics and integrity.
• Strong leadership qualities with supervisory experience and ability to lead a buying team.
